Mainframe Room

There is the main room that houses the VAX itself (u/MisanthropicScott points out that technically, a VAX isn’t a mainframe, but nowadays not many people know the difference. BTW, co-credit to this floor goes to him for reminding me of a lot of stuff and bringing stuff up I didn’t know). There’s also a line printer in this room that uses green and white fanfold paper. There’s a number of signs, including “No Smoking,” “No Loafing,” and, of course, an ASCII Snoopy calendar. You don’t have access to this room unless you are a staff member.
