“It’s just a place for the town drunks to hang out, swap stories, and try to impart wisdom on anyone who might walk by.
They’re all good people, not violent or dangerous, sort of like Otis from the Andy Griffith Show. (I think I’m ageing myself.) They just like to drink.
Anyone will be welcome to visit the floor, but if one of the drunks gets to talking, they will all join in the conversation. So if you stop in, prepare to hear a few stories. Food will be available to visitors, as well as nonalcoholic drinks.
I will clean up after them, have no fear. I plan to construct a garbage chute and a recycling chute, as well as an industrial-level janitorial room and air filtration system. And of course, there will be plenty of bathrooms scattered throughout the floor.”
