This floor was made by myself (u/Psychomaniac14) and is dedicated to all VTubers. Originally, it was dedicated to just one, but I deemed that to be seriously overkill. Room 0 contains storage for all vtuber-related items, as well as funds for purchasing new vtuber-related items, refurbishing current rooms, and constructing new rooms.
As such, I have renovated the floor to be for all vtubers, not just Tulsi. Everything that was previously there is still there, but now inside Room 1. Why Room 1? Because it was the first room added. If you want a room for a specific vtuber, or a vtuber group, or a type of vtuber, or anything vtuber-related, just make a claim for it as you would for any floor, and the room you want will automatically be assigned to the lowest available number. Additionally, due to the number of rooms and my limited time, I have hired a maid NPC to clean all the rooms on this floor.
Also, Room 0 is storage for anything that was removed from any of the other rooms. I got a robot there that organises everything, and that you can ask to fetch something so that you don’t have to go searching yourself. I already put in a ton of whatever I had lying around that was vtuber-related in there, as well as some funds to purchase some (but not a lot of) stuff to furnish future rooms. All rooms use space-compression technology so that the doors leading to them are very close to each other and so that they can be of an arbitrary size.
Also, Room -1 is my apartment. What? It’s the most fitting place for me to stay, and I thought it was overdue for me to get a location inside the Tower to stay instead of only having the one place outside of the Tower. Feel free to enter, but don’t go inside my bedroom without my permission, and if you use the bathroom and make a mess, CLEAN IT!!!!!
There is also a list of vtubers that are not allowed to have their own room, this is because of seriously bad things they have done in the past, bad enough that the ban is justified. The list is as follows:
