“A modest 2-up, 2-down terraced house with a respectable garden for Norman (and his cat, Norman) to demurely occupy, provided the Stower is within a reasonable walk of a Tube stop in Zone 5 or lower. The garden needs to be south-facing with a 1.5mx 4m vegetable patch, a tasteful herb garden, and a charming little walk of fruit trees that started life as poor impulse control purchases from the Wilko late-winter seed and bulb sale. Norman the Cat needs an easy route into next-door’s garden, which boasts two ornery older cats and a cast-iron table that is perfect for napping upon in early Spring. This could potentially be additional houses on Floor 47 or a cat-ramp to floor 46.”
