Floor 611

Phone Booth

According to u/tobiasolman, this floor is believed to contain the only remaining phone booth in the tower. The following is an addition made by him:

Floor 611 is indeed home to The Tower’s phone booth. There may be other things on this floor, but here’s where the booth ended up because floor 0 is taken by the lobby and store so we couldn’t rightly park it there. Floor 611 is accessible via The Tower’s old lift; one may have to operate oneself. The phone-booth’s fourth wall is a door, which works both-ways, like the phone does, but the booth, as a whole, is good for so much more.  So, as tends to happen with a payphone of lore, we ended up in an unexpected place, at an unexpected time, even in an unexpected dimension – just in time, talking to unexpected people who may or may not exist. The phone booth is available, as soon as we put it back on the hook, to anyone who wants to talk about (but not limited to) The Matrix, Bill, Ted, Rufus, Station(s), Keanu Reeves, phreaking, kung fu, Monty Python, pop-history, sci-fi (Star Wars before Star Trek – always), old internet stuff, soldering, other hot nerds, supposedly obsolete or ‘retro’ technology, arcades, our pets, mental health in a digital world, time management and navigation, communication, Dr. Who (if you must), Rick and Morty (if you’re not cancelling them), aliens, alien technologies, superpowers, the multiverses, Dr. Strange, Stranger Things, the Hulk, or where in the infinite we might happen to be, or be going right now in the Spiral Tower. The custodian of the phone booth is the one or two you can call if you’re told to call someone who cares. Oh, and like the old phone booths of lore, this one doesn’t take money anymore (when it was built, it only took a dime) and it’s a good thing, because mere custodians don’t make many pebbles – but if your time or your pebbles are running out, do call a professional. P.S. The phone booth is also available if you just need a not-so-private but very ‘super’ place – to change. There is also a compact, but luxurious W.C.(Japanese fixtures) located within the phone booth as the booth is a fair bit larger on the inside than it would appear from outside of it.

Note from u/root88:
There is also a phone booth on floor 3333, but that’s a time machine floor, so maybe it doesn’t count.
