Not A Cult Floor

As dictated by u/ReactsWithWords, this is the “Not A Cult” Floor. As you enter the floor, the first thing you notice is the stone walls, the torches lighting the room hanging from said walls, and the Gregorian chants coming from some unseen speakers. With some Duran Duran occasionally mixed in because only a cult would JUST play Gregorian chants. By the door there is a table with a punch bowl and several cups. The NPC explains “Don’t worry, it’s Flavor-Aid. Everyone knows cults ‘drink the Kool-Aid’ but we use Flavor-Aid which shows we’re not a cult.”

Also on the table there’s a signup sheet for a pot-luck, cecause, as u/Chad_Hooper explains, “as you know, only churches, workplaces and friends/gaming groups have potluck meals. Cults do not.” Also by the entrance there’s a cloak room to hang up your robes, although the wearing of robes is highly encouraged. The next table over is the merch table run by u/dedokta.

A couple of details noted by u/Biz_Ascot_Junco:

• On the windowsill there are colourful and strangely shaped candles.
• On the tables are piles of mystery novels featuring supernatural entities and government conspiracies. They have cryptic codes written in the margins throughout.
• On the wall there’s a poster that says “NO RITUALS ALLOWED,” and specifically states what rituals aren’t allowed, in detailed steps.

u/PapasBlox notes there’s an array of folding chairs facing a whiteboard with a folding table nearby. According to u/HowcanIbesureimhere, on the table there’s a selection of perfectly normally shaped knives, “no weird wavy things here at all”.
