The following information about this floor has been provided by u/non-denomusername:
“I’d like to claim floor 76 for a coffee shop! 76 being the estimated number of coffee beans in one cup of coffee. Floor 76 is circular, with the elevator coming up the center, and seems much smaller than it should be for being near the base of the Spiral Tower. The floor is a dark stone tile, and the walls are made of a cedar with gold trim. Large, empty frames take up the majority of the windowless walls, waiting for Stowerian artworks to fill them. Shallow, almost unnoticeable carvings of flowering vines can be seen along the walls in the remaining space. Simple, small filament bulb chandeliers light the space. Seating is standard coffee shop fixtures, booths make up the seats along the outer wall along with a couple of 1 seater alcoves. Tables fill the remaining inner space. The coffee bar on the wall across from the elevator exit. It is made of the same cedar wood with gold trim as the walls. The flowing vine carvings are also present, albeit more prominently. Half the bar has bar stools for visitors, with the remaining space left for placing orders. Behind the bar is always the same 1 barista: a friendly man who appears to be in his mid 20s, busying himself taking orders, cleaning or using the copper-made brewing equipment, or making small talk with those at the bar. Visitors who decide to frequent the floor may begin to notice its peculiarities. Immediately noticeable is the pricing. When it would presumably come time to pay, the barista always says the bill can be settled later. Next is the cups, which always seem to vanish as soon as they’re empty. Every once in a while, one might hear a faint bird call, but there’s never any birds. After more visits, they may notice both new and missing flowers along the carved vines next to their favorite seat. Then there’s the bartender. You can remember him giving you his name, multiple times even, but can never quite remember what it is. And some of the things he says, you’d swear it makes Shakespeare sound modern. And the fact that he’s always there. Some patrons have tried going at different times to check, and he’s always there to greet them when the elevator doors open. Word has it that the coffee shop is trying to set a dumbwaiter system up to other floors. No floors have taken it up yet though, and that’s it! In case it wasn’t clear, the frames are open for ideas for artwork! Reply or DM the artworks and I can get them included. Same goes for the dumbwaiter mentioned at the end.”
