According to u/R3cl41m3r, the hub of this floor is a central multi-purpose chamber that has a giant wall-mounted TV on one wall, with a power outlet below, intricate designs on the floor and ceiling, and seven ornate doors, including the entrance.
“In one room is an arcade. In another is a casino. The next two have a death course and a pile of loot boxes. The fifth has a TV that shows a spiral. The sixth room is a dorm.
These rooms and their contents seem to be there purely to demonstrate “the Lucky 7 status effect”; greatly improved luck.
